Where do your products ship from?
Every Glow Mama Rituals product begins its journey on the Gold Coast, where it’s expertly crafted by a trusted Australian manufacturer to ensure safety, quality and care in every formula. Once perfected, each product is sent to me in Western Australia for final inspection and personal packaging, then lovingly delivered to you.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes - always. Our ingredients are carefully vetted for both quality and ethics. All Glow Mama products are cruelty-free, non-toxic and responsibly sourced. We are committed to never using exploitative labor, ever.
How do I responsibly dispose of products?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you accept returns?
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. However, if a product is faulty or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period after purchase under Australian Consumer Law.
