Shipping policy
Our skincare is formulated in an expert-led Australian lab, then received in Bunbury, Western Australia, where each order is personally wrapped with care and intention before being sent to you as part of your self-care ritual.
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of being accepted.
Delivery Timeframes
• Local Orders (WA): Shipped via standard post and typically delivered within 5-7 business days for a flat fee of $13.00 (AUD).
• National Orders (Australia-wide): Shipped via standard post and typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on location, for a flat shipping fee of $13.00 (AUD).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel completely confident in your Glow Mama Rituals experience.
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy for faulty goods within a reasonable time after purchase. This applies even after the 14-day change-of-mind period.
We may request proof of the issue (such as photos) to help resolve your claim quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Sale items
• Samples or gifts with purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer.

Note on Consumer Rights
