Refund policy

We hope you love your Glow Mama Rituals experience. However, if you change your mind, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We don’t charge any restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods within a reasonable time after purchase.

This applies even after the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products

Sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for another item, please return the original for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer.
